About us.
Our vision is for an alternative future in which young people and their communities have improved health and wellbeing; who thrive and have the power to transform their lives and the world around them. We’re fuelled by our commitment to social, racial, economic and environmental justice.
Our Journey.
We’ve spent 18 years working with young people in their communities as well as the systems that surround them, from the NHS through to Housing, Education and Social Care. Along the way, we’ve learned directly from young people about the multiple ways in which these systems have harmed and not helped, and the disproportionate impact this has upon the global majority, those facing poverty, working class communities and those whose identities are marginalised.
What we do.
We work alongside young people, their communities and the people responsible for supporting them, to transform existing practice, co-design alternatives and redistribute power.
Our unique approach is built on the principles of Community Psychology and Youth Work and inspired by sources of knowledge and wisdom such as collective liberation, transformative justice, and indigenous practices. We continue to develop and adapt as we learn and unlearn.

Our multidisciplinary team has a range of lived and professional experience, deliberately built to harness the expertise, knowledge and skills required to deliver our work effectively across our delivery and core functions, this includes the progression of young people from our projects into permanent employed roles.
Our team includes staff such as Youth Consultants and Interns, Public Health and Governance experts, Community, Educational and Clinical Psychologists and Youth Practitioners with extensive experience in building trusted relationships with young people.
We’re committed to shifting power and as a result have operated with a Co-Leadership model since 2019. We draw on sociocratic principles to inform how we organise and decision-make together.
