Resources across the UK

Samaritans provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day, for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Call them free on 08457 90 90 90, write them a letter or speak to someone face to face in one of their branches.

ChildLine is a counselling service for children and young people and their helpline is free and there for you 24 hours a day.  Call them on 0800 11 11.

The Brandon Centre in Camden offers counselling, psychotherapy, help and advice for young people aged 12 to 21. You can call them on 020 7267 4792 or drop in at 26 Prince of Wales Road, Kentish Town, London NW5 3LG.
